Welcome, I’m Kaje!

I’m a breathwork facilitator, sound therapy practitioner and drum keeper.

My work is rooted in breath, sound and the natural world, woven together with shamanic practices and ancient ways of connecting with rhythm, ceremony and the earth.

I am guided by a sense of returning — returning to balance, to presence and to the parts of ourselves we may have become disconnected from.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: that wholeness begins when we create space to listen.

Through breath, sound and drum medicine, I hold gentle, grounded spaces where you can slow down, come back to yourself and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within.

My offerings weave together breathwork, therapeutic sound and ceremonial practice, creating experiences that invite deep rest, exploration, reconnection and transformation. Rather than seeking to fix or change what is already there, my work is about creating the conditions for the body, breath and nervous system to soften, open and reconnect with its own innate wisdom, strength and rhythm.

My approach is shaped by my own lived experience, my shamanic path and a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the rhythms of the natural world.
